Rosemarie Wall - Owner/Head Coach

Coach Rose started her fitness career 13 years ago when she received her Personal Training Certificate through the American Council of Exercise.  She followed up with a Health Coaching Certificate through Integrative Health and is now a CrossFit Level 1 trainer.

She started out as a personal trainer in her home working with both youth and adults.  Having experienced the “Big Gym” atmosphere for a year, she decided it wasn’t for her and was given the opportunity to coach at III Nation Fitness.  It was then she started to clearly see what her fitness journey was supposed to be.  Hence, she started her own personal training business.

Coach Rose created Ultimate Force Training Club so she could follow her passion of training adults and youth alike, as well as have the opportunity to grow as a personal trainer.

Coach Rose also started the FitKidz Club at Vaughan Elementary over a year ago as she saw a need for this type of activity in their after-school program.  She was happily welcomed along with her Co-Coach, Lesley Shoplock.  Starting FitKidz Club gave her the opportunity to be in the school teaching kids a healthy active lifestyle.

Kelly Wall - Co-Owner

Kelly Wall is a fantastic dad and by trade a finance executive, but he's always been an athlete at heart.

In high school, Kelly participated in football, cross country, cheer, track and wrestling.  While in college at Clemson, he represented the Tigers on the wrestling and cheer teams.

He's also an avid runner.  Kelly has participated in several Miami 1/2 marathons, multiple Ragnar races, and has also completed both the Boston and New York City marathons.

Kelly is the reason Rosemarie became associated with a gym.  Once married, they often worked out together and had a dream of one day owning their own athletic training facility.

Kelly will be handling the business side of Ultimate Force Training Club.  He will also be an active member, sharing his passion with others.
